The 2007 World Barista Champion, James Hoffman, is demonstrating the Aurelia II T3 to a select group of coffee experts in Portland, USA. The Nuovo Simonelli T3 will be used at the World Barista Championships (WBC), which will be held in Melbourne, Australia, in May. Nuovo Simonelli, which is the official sponsor of the WBC, has been touring the machine around the globe to be demonstrated by some of the world's best coffee makers.
