The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is looking for qualified presenters to submit a lecture proposal for the 2019 Boston Specialty Coffee Expo. The SCA Lecture Series is a sequence of educational talks and panels that are given to attendees during the Specialty Coffee Expo. Topics the lecture proposals may pertain include humanities and social science, sustainability, science and innovation, coffee farming and processing, roasting and retailing, and trading and commerce. The Lecture Review Committee individually reads and rates by each proposal. Ratings are based on factors including speaker credentials, relevance, originality, and learning objectives. Submissions close 12 October. Decision notifications will be sent out via email to the designated primary contact by the end of November 2018.
