The London Coffee Festival has announced the winners of the 2022 UK Coffee Awards.
The Awards are comprised of seven brand awards and six product awards, taking place in three stages: the nominations, the public vote and the finals.
La Marzocco was crowned the winner of Best All-Round Traditional Coffee Machine, with La Cimbali following Runner-Up, and Synesso Highly Recommended.
Eversys won the Best All-Round Fully Automatic Coffee Machine, with Thermoplan announced Runner-Up, and Egro Highly Recommended.
Mahlkönig EK43 was crowned the winner of Best All-Round Grinder, La Marzocco Swift the Runner-Up and Niche Zero the most Highly Recommended.
PuqPress was crowned the Most Innovative Product/Service, Dug the Runner-Up and 9Barista Espresso Machine as Highly Recommended.
Sage Barista Pro was the winner of Best All-Round Home Coffee Machine. La Marzocco’s Linea Mini was Runner-Up and Faema Faemina in third place.
The winner of Best All-Round Filter Brewer was 3-Temp Hipster, with Sage Precision Brewer as Runner-Up and Bunn ICBS as Highly Recommended.
For Most Ethical Initiative, the winner was Change Please, followed by Redemption Roasters and Lavazza Tierra.
Extract Coffee Roasters was named the winner of Best All-Round Specialty Coffee Roaster. Girls Who Grind Coffee was Runner-Up, and Allpress Espresso was Highly Recommended.
The winner of the Most Notable New Café was % Arabica, followed by The Gentleman Baristas and Guillam Coffee House.
Minor Figures was crowned the winner of Best Plant Based Alternative Milk, followed by Oatly and Alpro.
For Best Specialty Coffee Capsule, Grind won first place, followed by Kiss The Hippo and Caravan Coffee Roasters.
Minor Figure Chai Latte won Most Innovative Ready-To-Drink Product, with Jimmy’s Iced Coffee following Runner-Up, followed by Pureoaty Barista Oat Drink and Watchhouse Cold Brew Coffee as Highly Recommended.
