The Hemro Group has released its newest on-demand grinder, the Anfim SP450. The titanium-coated blades are highly resistant, resulting in minimum wear-down, all while ensuring a homogeneous cut. The grinder’s rotation per minute is lower than classic flat grinders, reducing friction and heating, and maximising flavour. The dual-fan cooling system generates an airflow from the bottom to the top, with the lower fan sucking in fresh air. This eliminated transmission of heat by ejecting it in the fan above. The ventilation system is not only efficient, but also quiet. The dosage regulator can be adjusted to a high level of precision, with variations that can reach a hundredth of a second, thanks to the use of a digital timer. See www.anfim.it
