Anfim, which is event sponsor of the World Latte Art Championships, is displaying its most recent release – the SP-II Special Performance – on stage during the competition being held on 29 March. The event takes place in Shanghai as part of the Hotelex trade show at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from 29 March until 1 April. The World Latte Art Championship tests the ability of some of the world’s top coffee professionals to be creative and accurate at the same time as preparing a unique and inspiring coffee experience. As the official espresso grinder of the World Latte Art Championships 2015 – 2017 Anfim is providing the brand new SP-II Special Performance for the artists competing in Shanghai this year. The SP-II copes with high volume requirements despite running with low revolutions per minute, maintaining cool grinding temperatures. The stepless grind adjustment feature, the newly introduced automatic start-/stop-function as well as the user-friendly operating software on the new display ensures maximum convenience for the barista. The parent company of Anfim, the Hemro Group, has even more coffee grinding highlights to discover at its Hotelex booth. For example Mahlkönig’s K30 Twin 2.0 Hybrid is a re-designed version of the double espresso grinder K30 Twin, including a new user-friendly touch display control. Furthermore this new special version comes with the usual built-in grinder for espresso on one side and a special all-round grinder on the other side, which has been designed for pour overs and filter coffee. For hands-free, on demand grinding, the espresso side is equipped with a portafilter support, while there is a container for the ground coffee on the other side of the grinder -catching each and every single particle of your precious aromatic powder.
