Fresh from its success with the previews presented at Host, Astoria is now getting ready to attend the Alles für den Gast trade fair in Salzburg, a major expo for the gastronomic and hotel sector in the area covering the Danube, the Alps and the Adriatic. The 44th autumn edition of Alles für den Gast will take place at the Salzburg exhibition center from November 9th to the 13th. Some 700 companies and 46,000 visitors are expected to attend, and there will be ample space dedicated to the Astoria branded collection of products. At stand 1108, Hall 10 – covering a surface area of 42 square meters – visitors will be able to get a closer look at a highly anticipated new entry from the Astoria house, the hardworking Sabrina, a traditional machine inspired by a vintage 60's style. This new Astoria flagship machine will be presented in the version with 3 brew groups, complete with display and Rgb multicolor lights. Other new trends at the expo will include the nuova Compact. Small in terms of the space it occupies but professional when it comes to performance and quality, the nuova Compact represents a new frontier for professional machines with 1 brew group. A Plus4You with 2 groups will be in use at the stand's bar, next to a demo version with 3 groups in a specially designated space. The new generation of the Plus4You is a hyper-technological evolution of this Greenline flagship model from Astoria. The Astoria stand will also host the new generation of the super-automatic Gemma. This machine will be presented at Salzburg in a double version: Touch Screen, complete with accessories – fridge and cup warmer – and Push Button, equipped with a fridge module. On the traditional manual machine front, at Alles für den Gast Astoria will also present the Rapallo machine with lever-function brew groups, a machine which is especially popular among users who like a retro style.
