Brambati’s new software improves the connection between the production needs and the requirements of specialty coffee applications. BR18 Advanced Specialty Software allows users to overlap historical curves during the roasting phase, view discrepancies, and verify variations or any drifts in real time. With BR18 Advanced Specialty SW it is possible to compare all roasted curves and even add markers during the roasting phase at yellow point, crack one and two, cinnamon point and free comments too. The software includes a dedicated web application where it is possible to create a cupping section to evaluate flavor with any kind of device including PC, tablet and mobile.. In the same app, view historical roasted curves, green coffee usage, previous cupping sessions, and key performance indicators of the roaster, such as the number of batches done, recipes used, frequencies of alarms and productivity.
