Caffeine Rebel has signed a fundraising agreement with the non-profit development organisation Coffee Kids.
As part of the agreement, Caffeine Rebel will donate US $5 to Coffee Kids for every new subscriber throughout the duration of the fundraiser. Caffeine Rebel aims to increase industry awareness of specialty coffee through their coffee-of-the-month subscription. Members receive a sample from a new roaster every month.
“We are thrilled to be working with Caffeine Rebel to raise funds to support coffee-farming communities throughout Latin America. Funds raised will help deepen our impact in improving the livelihoods of coffee-farming communities,” said Coffee Kids Development Director, Elisa Kelly, in a statement. We're delighted to be working to forge that bridge between the coffee lover and the coffee farmer with Caffeine Rebel.”
Founded in 1988, Coffee Kids creates partnerships with coffee-farming communities and those in the specialty coffee industry to promote self-determination for coffee farmers.
