Charity-focused Life is good coffee launched in the US

Life is good has announced a partnership with The J.M. Smucker Company to bring a new line of Life is good coffee to retailers throughout North America. Life is good describes itself as a lifestyle brand committed to spreading the power of optimism and helping kids in need by donating 10 per cent of its net profits to The Life is good Kids Foundation. “Life is good is a great fit with our family of brands and will undoubtedly resonate with our consumers as it supports our sustainability initiatives as our first line of 100 per cent certified coffee,” Mark Smucker, president of U.S. Retail Coffee at The J.M. Smucker Company, said in a statement. Life is good coffee will be available beginning in late summer 2013. Products will include a light, medium and dark roast ground coffee and two flavoured varieties. All products are UTZ Certified, a program promoting sustainable farming and better opportunities for farmers, their families and our planet.
