Italian coffee equipment manufacturer Cimbali Group has officially unveiled the LaCimbali M40 and Casadio Nettuno in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as part of GulfHost 2024 in Dubai from 5-7 November.

The M40, shortlisted for the Best Innovation Award, features advanced thermal technology, improved energy efficiency compared to previous models, and flexible connectivity options for both the machine and the grinders.
“This machine is ideal for establishments aiming to prioritise innovation and sustainability without compromising on quality, reliability, or flavour,” Cimbali Group said in a statement. “With its precision extraction and commercial durability, the M40 is perfect for specialty coffee shops, upscale cafés, and businesses focused on delivering a premium coffee experience.”
The M40 was presented to the UAE market at GulfHost alongside the G50 grinder, which is said to feature simple, intuitive controls and customisable preferences.
Meanwhile, the Nettuno espresso machine is paired with the Enea grinder which is equipped with Keber-made burrs that are designed for precision and consistency.
