Coca-Cola Amatil’s Alcohol and Coffee business grew by 5.4 per cent in the first half of the year, bringing in revenues of US$247.5 million. The result comes as the business overall posted a 29.3 per cent drop in half-year profits to $140.1 million, driven largely by the challenges facing the company’s soft drinks division. Earnings from the Alcohol and Coffee division also grew by 10.3 per cent, to $21.5 million.
