Dalla Corte has introduced an automatic milk emulsifying system designed to lessen the workload of busy baristas. The innovative product uses steam alone to create a swirl in the milk, simplifying the coffee making process, as the air compressor isn’t needed. The system installation controls the steam pressure, which directly impacts the foam density and volume, maintaining a constant quality for the milk. For a café with a high staff turnover this assurance of consistency could be particularly useful, the company said in a statement. The automatic steam wand switches itself off once the right temperature is reached, allowing the barista to continue making coffee.
