Dalla Corte is giving coffee lovers the opportunity to test drive the Mina before it goes to market in March. From 23 – 27 January, visitors to Rimini Fiera in Italy will be given the chance to trial the Mina one-group espresso machine, as well as a number of other Dalla Corte machines. Dalla Corte is in Rimini Fiera as part of Sigep, a gelato, pastry and bakery fair, which hosts the Italian Coffee Championships, as well as the World Gelato Competition. Under its new tagline Make It Better, Dalla Corte will present its new corporate colours, logo and image, alongside the celebrated Mina. The Mina has been receiving a lot of attention since its release. It allows users to check any extraction stage manually to allow specialized customization. Its patented Digital Flow Regulation (DFR) technology provides electronic water flow control at any extraction stage. By lowering the lever yoke the user increases the pressure of water flowing through the coffee cake up to 9 bar. The Mina also offers the option of working in automatic mode. During the exhibition the Mina will undergo several costume changes, giving visitors the chance to decide if black, white glass or yellow is her colour. Dalla Corte is hosting a workshop at its stand every afternoon from 2pm, including latte art, extraction lessons, brewing basics, cupping and cocktail mixology. From 24 – 26 January, Italian Latte Art and Italian Coffee in Good Spirit competitors will be put to the test on stage using Dalla Corte’s dc pro Industrial Titanium series.
