Allegra has announced the first speakers for the European Coffee Symposium, taking place in Paris on 28 November.
The conference, titled 'The Future is Now', will explore several key themes centered on the future of coffee, with a strong focus on French and European markets. The Managing Director of the Allegra Group, Jeffrey Young, will open the day with the launch of ProjectCafé13 EU and an insightful overview of European branded coffee shop market. Other speakers include CEO of Columbus Café, Nicolas Riché, and Costa Enterprises' Managing Director Jim Slater, with more to be announced in the coming weeks.
