Hemro AG, the Swiss holding company that owns Ditting and Mahlkoenig, announced on 12 September they would enter into a partnership with Italian espresso grinder manufacturers Anfim.   In announcing the deal, Mario Monfrini, Owner and Managing Director of Anfim Srl., said that he is thrilled by the potential to grow through the worldwide sales and service network of the Hemro Group. A key focus for Anfim are new markets as Asia Pacific, North and South America, Northern Europe and Russia. Monfrini said that combining Italian espresso culture and experience with German and Swiss engineering skills will add great value members of the Hemro Group. To support this growth, Monfrini plans to expand the Milan factory over the coming years. Nils Erichsen, CEO of Hemro AG, pointed out that with Anfim Hemro Group adds a strong brand with great products to its current portfolio, that fit the existing range of espresso grinders.   “We are enthusiastic to introduce Anfim to our distributors and customers around the world,” he said. “Anfim continues to be managed by the same team around Mario Monfrini and his wife Stefania and we are proud to have them as new members of the Hemro Team.”
