Hotelex Shanghai 2018 program announced

The 27th Hotelex Shanghai will bring together buyers and suppliers from around China to witness the latest trends in the industry and be inspired by leaders and legends in the field. To better serve the clientele in 2018, Hotelex will be split into two phases held at the same venue located at Shanghai New International Expo Centre at different times. Phase One, which will take place between 26 and 29 March, will focus on the Catering Equipment Supply, Tableware, Coffee & Tea, Wine & Spirits, Beverage, Cooking Ingredients, Ice Cream and Bakery industries. Phase Two, from 26 to 29 April, will cater to the Building, Interiors, Lighting, Amenities, Fitness & Leisure, and IT & Security industries. In 2017, Hotelex Shanghai drew in 143,500 professional visitors and 2352 premium exhibitors, featuring a 6.6 per cent increase in exhibitor amount and a huge leap of 22.3 per cent in visitors. A total of 4814 independent overseas buyers from 124 countries and regions, plus 1500 group buyers confirmed both Hotelex’s leadership and its influence on international markets.
