ICO launches survey into coffee industry

The ICO is inviting members of the coffee community to contribute to the future of the Organization by taking an online survey. The survey is the result of Resolution 457, which the ICO adopted at its 115th Session in Milan calling for a strategic review of its activities. The purpose of the Strategic Review is to assess the strategic focus and priorities of the Organization and their implementation in order to propose areas for improvement. Responding to the survey takes 10 to 15 minutes, and answers are confidential and will be used to identify trends that will inform the second part of the consultation process. The deadline for completing the survey is Wednesday, 8 June 2016.
