UK-based Costa Coffee has announced Jill McDonald will step down as CEO at the end of July 2022.
According to Jennifer Mann, Senior Vice President and President of Global Ventures, The Coca-Cola Company, Jill is leaving Costa to join McDonald’s in an international role.
The Senior Vice President says the company will name a successor shortly.
“Jill joined Costa in 2019 and has played a pivotal role in setting up the business for future success. She was instrumental in helping Costa navigate the pandemic, helping Costa emerge safely and stronger,” says Jennifer.
“Her influence on Costa will be felt for many years to come and we wish her all the best.”
