La Marzocco will host a full program of guest speakers and workshops to run alongside the Host Expo in Milan in October. The espresso machine manufacturer has organized talks from a dozen coffee industry luminaries including company elder Piero Bambi, Vice-President of illycaffè, Francesco Illy and Executive Director of World Coffee Research, Tim Schilling. There will also be talks from artists, design experts and other innovative thinkers. The talks will be complemented by a series of workshops and displays including an exhibition of work by graphic designers Sven Hoffman and Jon Contino and the True Artisan Café, which will feature 24 guest roasters and renowned baristas from around the globe rotating throughout the 17th and 18th of October.
