Survey results collected from more than 600 employees around the globe revealed La Marzocco has reached an overall Trust Index of 83 per cent. This figure is an expression of high-quality standards in the organisation’s dimensions of reputation, pride, equity, trust, and camaraderie.

In the last quarter of 2022, La Marzocco headquarters, which ranked 2nd Best Workplaces – Blue Collar last year within the national manufacturing industry, as well as the branch network worldwide, underwent a successful cultural audit. In the case of offices with 10 or more people, all were certified and recognised as exemplary places for professional and personal development.
