Let’s Talk Coffee will take place from 20 to 25 February in Copán Ruinas, Honduras, uniting the coffee supply chain to discuss topical challenges and foster transparent relationships.
This year’s event will hear from a range of speakers covering themes including the future of the coffee market, brand building and marketing, innovation in specialty coffee, the future of sensory analysis, regenerative organic coffee, traceability, ethical coffee, and featured country presentations on Australia and Honduras.
