Swedish coffee company Löfbergs has appointed a new Managing Director for its Danish coffee roastery, Peter Larsen Kaffe.

Henrik Biilmann, 55, will take over as Managing Director of Peter Larsen Kaffe and oversee its 60 employees.

“I’m truly honoured to take on this role. Peter Larsen Kaffe is a respected brand with a strong legacy, and I look forward to working with the team to further strengthen our position, grow the business, and create even more value for our customers and partners,” says Biilmann.

Biilmann will step into the role on 1 July 2025, succeeding Claus Bertelsen. According to Löfbergs, Biilmann brings extensive leadership experience from the food industry, having held CEO and senior roles at companies such as Delika Food Group, Friland, and Arla Foods.

“We are very pleased to welcome Henrik to our group. With his broad experience, strong commercial focus, and deep understanding of the Danish market, he is the right person to take Peter Larsen Kaffe to the next level,” says Anders Fredriksson, CEO of Löfbergs.

Founded in 1906, Löfbergs is now one of the largest family-owned coffee roasteries in the Nordics. The company began exporting coffee in 1993 and has subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and the United Kingdom
