Hemro Group is exhibiting its Mahlkoenig grinders at Internorga in Hamburg, Germany, from 13 – 18 March. Mahlkoenig will exhibit a range of products including its K30 espresso grinder, with the company celebrating the grinders 10th anniversary in 2015. “During the course of this decade the range of technical features for the K30 has been extended to provide a matching configuration for any kind of espresso bar,” said Mahlkoenig, in a statement. “From the small restaurant to the high-frequented coffee shop, caterers from all over the world trust Mahlkoenig’s K30 to grind their specialty coffees.” The K30 grinder comes in a single or twin-version, with or without additional ventilation, or an optional integrated RFID technology to monitor the turnover of coffee. Hemro will present the Mahlkonig grinders in conjunction with Swiss grinder producer Ditting and Italian grinder manufacturer Anfim. Ditting will present its latest innovation in shop grinding with the KR 804 Touch grinder. Controlled using a tablet, the KR 804 Touch scans a barcode on a coffee bag, presents information on the blend and offers a variation of pre-set grind selections, available for each specific blend. Anfim will present a range of grinders including its new SP450 On-Demand with titanium coated grinding discs. Mahlkoenig grinders have been developed and produced in Hamburg since 1924.
