Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group targets growing Middle Eastern market

Al Basel Consultancy has announced a partnership with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group to promote its hotels worldwide to their clients in the Middle East and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states. “We are delighted to partner with the Al Basel Consultancy group, which is a very well established company in the travel industry,” said Michael Hobson, Chief Marketing Officer, at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, in a statement. “Al Basel consultancy clearly understands and shares our vision, and we look forward to welcoming their VIP clients.” According to Al Basel Consultancy, the tourism industry has recently seen a dramatic increase in international travel from both the Middle East and GCC region. With this new partnership, Al Basel Consultancy will promote Mandarin Oriental’s services and facilities to a growing number of high-profile travellers. Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group operates 44 hotels, which amounts to almost 11,000 rooms in 25 countries. Of those hotels 20 are in Asia, 10 are in The Americas and 14 are in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
