The new Robur S is available in two versions – doser and electronic on demand. Responding to the needs of busy cafés and integrating technological advances, the new grinder improves dose consistency and reduces coffee retention by 52 per cent. It has an excellent grinding speed (average for espresso 5 grams per second with low revolutions per minute (420 RPM to 50 Hz). The Robur S features an easy system for cleaning of the grinding chamber without losing the setting. Stepless micrometrical grinding adjustment is made easier thanks to the user-friendly Memory Track system. The Robur S Electronic is cloud compatible. It features a built-in memory board that can keep track of coffee statistics and let the user program different time settings for single, double and triple doses. The cooling system with double fan keeps coffee safe from temperature exposure, preserving maximum aroma. For more information, visit: www.mazzer.com
