Tickets to attend the Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE) are now available online.
The event is scheduled to run from 9 to 11 of September at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Regarded as the largest coffee event throughout the Asia Pacific, the event attracts more than 11,000 attendees each year and is Australia’s only coffee dedicated trade show.
Exhibitors include internationally recognised names such as Almond Breeze, Brambati, Brazil Specialty Coffee Association, Café de Colombia, Café de El Salvador, Cafetto, Califia Farms, Chobani, Classica International, Eureka, Hario, Grainpro, De’Longhi, InterAmerican Coffee, La Marzocco, Loring, Melitta, Nuova Simonelli, Monin, Opem, Rancilio, Slayer, St. Ali, Victoria Arduino, and more.
The event will run alongside De’Longhi Melbourne Coffee Week and sees the return of best-loved features such as Roasters Alley, Origin Alley and the St. Ali food kiosks.
Roasters Alley will give attendees the chance to try some of the best brews from around the country while Origin Alley will provide insight into the coffee’s history and the farmers who grow them.
MICE’s Product Innovation Awards will also form part of the event, recognising the best and brightest innovations from exhibitors.
Existing products from the 2020 nominations will be judged alongside new 2021 entries. Nominations close 19 August.
Industry leaders will judge the Judges Choice category, and attendees will be asked to vote in the People’s Choice category.
Launched in 2012, MICE connects all sector of the coffee chain, including green bean buyers, roasters, equipment manufacturers, service suppliers and many more.
COVID-19 safe practices will be in place, with the safety of all attendees, exhibitors, volunteers and staff a key priority.
