Nespresso has announced it is launching its first Nespresso Café in Vienna, Austria in March, with plans to open a second café in London, England. Nespresso is launching the Vienna café with Viennese food caterer Do&Co. The joint venture combines the Nespresso brand’s coffee with Do&Co’s food products. “The longstanding tradition and strong culture of coffee drinking and coffee houses in Vienna makes the Austrian capital an ideal place to pilot the Nespresso Café,” said Nespresso, in a statement. Nespresso said its decision to open a Nespresso Café came following an overwhelming response from consumers expressing the desire to experience a Nespresso Café. Nespresso will announce its 2014 full year results later this week.
