Neuhaus Neotec to offer air roasting seminars during COTECA event

  Neuhaus Neotec and Hamburg roaster J.J. Darboven will hold daily roasting seminars at the COTECA expo from 20 to 22 September in Hamburg, Germany at Hall A4, Both 620.  The seminars will focus on practical demonstrations for visitors interests in Neuhaus Neotec's market-leading air roasting technology. The workshops will take place daily from 10.30am to 1.30pm, with experts demonstrating the flexible application possibilities of hot-air roasting with an on-site Neuhaus Neotec shop roaster. The seminars will offer a practical introduction, and will focus on the simple control of the roasting process, via step-roasting, and the roasting behaviour of different coffee blends. Participants will also learn how to create roasting recipes. The coffees roasted during the workshop will be tasted by participants following the seminars. Tim Albrecht, Professional Barista at J.J. Darboven and Runner-up of the German Cup Tasting Championship SCAE 2012, will be offering professional guidance to participants.  Neuhaus Neotec will be providing international guest with coffee at a mobile coffee bar.
