The Hemro Group, owner of the brands Mahlkonig, Ditting and Anfim, has now completed the changeover of its senior management team. Management was transferred smoothly from the founder of the Hemro Group, Nils Erichsen, to the new management group – consisting of Philipp Baumberger (Chief Executive Officer), Jochen Christoph (Chief Financial Officer) and Carsten Reinke. Mario Monfrini, founder of the Anfim Company, in which the Hemro Group has had a majority holding since 2012, has decided to hand over responsibility for operative business. He will continue to play an advisory role and be a member of the companys administrative board. Monfrini will be succeeded by Luca Caneve, who was responsible for Mahlkonig and Ditting brand distribution in Asia. In addition to Luca Caneve's changeover to Anfim, the Hemro Group has decided to expand its activities for the previous distribution subsidiary for the Mahlkonig brand, Mahlkonig Asia (Shanghai), into an area of responsibility for all brands of the Group.
Ziya Boro, resident in Shanghai, was appointed as the new Sales Director. Ziya Boro will start working on 1 January, 2014. He has many years of experience in the Chinese market with several areas of responsibility in the Beko/Arcelik Group.
The management and administrative board of the Hemro Group stated that the company's first appointment of a manager in Asia is an important step in realising growth for all three Hemro Group brands – Mahlkonig, Ditting and Anfim.
