Takeaway beverage specialty chain Nothing Before Coffee (NBC) has opened 10 new outlets during Q2, bringing the Indian takeaway beverage speciality chain’s total to more than 40 nationwide.
“We are thrilled with the tremendous response we have received from our customers,” says Founder and COO of NBC Anand Jain.
The new outlets are spread across six new cities, which is the company’s highest store addition in a quarter to date. Its operations currently extend across nine Indian states.
NBC recorded a growth of 23 per cent against its last quarter. The company plans to open more than 50 stores across India over a 12-month period.
NBC says the new openings mark an important milestone for the brand, demonstrating its continuous efforts to cater to the growing demand for premium coffee experiences.
The company will also be unveiling its flagship store, located at Connaught Place in Delhi.
To aid its expansion, NBC has signed an exclusive collaboration agreement with Building Brands for Tomorrow (BBFT), which assists with restaurant franchising and startup growth consulting.
“We are thrilled to announce our ambitious plans for aggressive expansion in Delhi/NCR and neighbouring regions such as Punjab, Chandigarh, Jammu, and other parts of North India,” says Founder and CEO of BBFT Rohit Singh. “There is a significant untapped market for affordable coffee segment brands in these areas and we’ll continue to penetrate it since it remains a lucrative opportunity for investors in the franchising domain.”
