Nuova Simonelli will donate the Musica Lux espresso machine to the 2012 Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) Coffee Kids fundraiser. Visitors who donate US$20 to the Coffee Kids booth at the SCAA Expo, held from 19 – 21 April in Portland, Oregon, will have the chance to win the US$3250 Musica Lux. A donation of US$100 will gives participants six chances to win. The competition will be drawn on 21 April. The winner will receive free postage and shipping costs of the machine. The Musica Lux features digital automatic espresso dosing with electronic pre-infusion, energy saving heat exchanger boiler and a vacuum breaker valve, to allow the steam wand and extract to be used simultaneously.
