Nuova Simonelli to collaborate with top coffee roasters at Tuttofood in Milan

Nuova Simonelli's stand at Tuttofood will not be your typical trade fair exhibition. Rather than simply showcasing their broad range of professional machines, the stand will be made available to primary Italian roasters that sell quality blends. In the two specially equipped workstations they will use the Aurelia II T3, the machine produced at Belforte Chienti, Italy. The T3 has been chosen as the official coffee machine for the World Barista Championship on 23 May in Melbourne, Australia. The Aurelia II with the T3 system (three-dimensionality of temperature) has the ability to adapt to different blends and to different degrees of roasting, delivering in the cup all the specific excellence of a particular variety of coffee. During the four days of Tuttofood the Nuova Simonelli stand will host eight roasters: Caffè Costadoro of Turin, Pascucci of Pesaro, Messicana of Piacenza, Caffè Barbera of Messina, Torrefazione Michele Battista of Bari, Filicori Zecchini of Bologna, Antonelli Silius of Macerata and Felmoka of Varese.
