Nuova Simonelli is set to unveil its new espresso machine, the Aurelia II, at Host 2011 taking place in Milan from 21 to 25 October. The new espresso coffee machine is equipped with T3 technology, a highly innovative system that provides an accurate reading of water temperature, ensuring maximum precision, full control and thermal stability. The machine has been developed from the company's experience as a three-year official machine sponsor of the World Barista Championship. The new machine aims to set new standards in terms of quality and precision, opening a new generation of traditional espresso coffee machines. The machine is being released as Nuova Simonelli celebrates its 75th anniversary. For the occasion, the company has published a book dedicated to the anniversary. In a press release, the company said the book is: “full of ideas, curiosities, images and stories of a long history of 75 years through the memories of the protagonists of a company that has marked the evolutionary stages of espresso coffee machines. In short, a publication of great historical value that Nuova Simoneli is pleased to share with its visitor.” Nuova Simonelli's team is ready to welcome visitors at Host 2011 at booths C40 and C48, Hall 11 (Fiera Milano – Rho. Strada Statale del Sempione, 28 20017 Rho).
