The 2013 New Zealand Specialty Coffee Association Symposium will take place on 7 November in Waimauku, New Zealand. Tickets are now on sale for the third annual ‘think tank’ event. The NZSCA Symposium is a full day of stimulation from within and outside the coffee industry. This year's theme is Walk the Talk. Confirmed speakers include St Ali Family’s Salvatore Malatesta; Jordan Michelman, Co Founder and Editor of Sprudge; Peter Giuliano, Director of Symposium, Specialty Coffee Association of America; Al Keating, Managing and Creative Director of Coffee Supreme, and many more. Speakers will present their unique perspective on this year's theme and provide insight into how they have made their own businesses thrive. The day includes six presentations, three of which are presented to all guests. The other three presentations are made in break-out rooms where the groups are smaller and interaction greater. Tickets are also available for the NZSCA Symposium dinner, taking place on 6 November at 6pm at Atomic Coffee Roasters in Kingsland.
