Rancilio Group has opened a new branch in Letchworth Garden City that will serve the United Kingdom (UK) and Ireland.

The new centre will be responsible for promoting Rancilio, Rancilio Specialty, and Egro, as part of the Ali Group Coffee Division.

In a statement, the group said the opening of the new branch underscores the Ali Group Coffee Division’s commitment to delivering excellence in coffee technology, tailored to the unique needs of coffee businesses across the region.

The new branch will manage commercial relations with key accounts, local distributors, and roasters, and will be a reference operational centre in the territory for spare parts and all technical assistance centres already operating in the UK.

“The opening of the new branch represents a significant milestone in our mission to enhance the coffee industry in the UK and Ireland,” says Scott Singleton, Managing Director of the UK branch.

“Our objective is to offer our customers reliable, professional coffee machines tailored to their needs, supported by prompt service and expertise.”

Singleton will work alongside James Gardiner, Business Development Manager, and Darren Hutchinson, Tech Service Manager, with strategic support from Giacomo Fontana, Regional Sales Manager at  the headquarters in Italy.
