REPA is now an official alternative spare parts distributor for Hemro Group’s four international coffee equipment brands: Mahlkönig, Anfim, Ditting, and HeyCafé.
Under the new partnership, which commences in June 2024, Hemro Group will benefit from REPA’s portfolio of 3900 spare part articles.
The two companies promise a delivery time of 24 hours to customers in Italy, France, and Spain, and deliveries within a few days to Saudi Arabia, India, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. This expansion of spare parts availability also complements the existing Hemro distribution network of over 300 distribution partners globally.
In a statement, Hemro Group says the company’s collaboration with REPA will enhance accessibility and convenience for distribution partners and end-users alike, reducing the need for high inventory levels, and reducing lead and fulfilment times drastically.
“As we unveil this partnership, Hemro Group is proud to announce our collaboration with REPA, a testament to our relentless dedication to serving our customers with excellence. This strategic alliance signifies our commitment to streamlining operations and enhancing accessibility for our valued distribution partners and end-users,” says Hemro Group’s Chief Sales Officer Ziya Boro.
“With REPA’s specialised expertise in spare parts distribution to professional entities, we’re ensuring swift delivery and reducing lead times. Together, we’re elevating the coffee experience for enthusiasts worldwide.”
REPA is a European spare parts distributor for foodservice equipment, coffee, vending machines and household appliances, and is a division of Parts Town Unlimited, a Mahlkönig, Anfim, and Ditting distribution partner of spare parts across North America and Mexico.
