Automatic coffee machine manufacturer Schaerer will launch a new loyalty app at the Internorga hospitality and trade fair in Hamburg, Germany, from 8 to 10 March. The app gives Schaerer operators the opportunity to enhance their coffee experience with targeted offers, customisation options, and easy payment methods.
Developed in collaboration with Geneva-based tech firm mia&noa, the app is an important addition to the company’s digital portfolio. Real-time reporting and analysis will provide customers with the tools to reduce costs and optimise their work flow, helping with staff development, resource planning, and logistics.
Schaerer’s booth at Internorga is located in Hall A4, Booth 300. It will be a hub of the brand’s latest coffee technology and trends. The team’s aim over the three-day expo is to share their “coffee concepts that enable maximum individualisation and digitalisation, and inspire new ideas for the coffee business”.
Aware of the current pressures on hospitality businesses, the company is tuning into these challenges and presenting its operators with new ways to balance an economical and staff-efficient operation with customers’ demand for high-quality coffee.
“Cost pressure in the catering industry is increasing, while at the same time guests are becoming more and more quality conscious. It is therefore worth investing in coffee concepts that master this balancing act,” says Hansjürg Marti, Managing Director of Schaerer Germany.
The answer for Schaerer is automation. At Internorga, it will showcase its latest solutions including the Schaerer ProCare for fully automatic cleaning, Schaerer Twin Milk system, and the Schaerer Supersteam automatic steam, specifically designed for plant-based milk alternatives.
