The speaking line-up for Let’s Talk Coffee Mexico has been announced, with the event set to take place in Puerto Vallarta from October 13-16. Helen Russell, co-founder of Equator Coffees and Teas, will be one of the Keynote Speakers. Russell will reveal the lessons she learned when Equator Coffees lost its biggest customer, and share the story of Equator being named the 2016 California Small Business of the Year. Another featured speaker will be Fabrizio Sención Ramírez, a decorated barista competitor, roaster, and owner of Cafe Sublime in Guadalajara, Mexico. Ramírez will explore the emerging specialty coffee market of Mexico, highlighting some of the origins, coffees, and breakthroughs that are making it a coffee country worth watching.
