Some of the UK’s most exciting coffee entrepreneurs will be joined by top business thinkers for this year’s UK Coffee Leaders Summit in London on 26 February. Driven by leading-edge market analysts Allegra Strategies, this year’s conference is titled ‘Adapting to Changing Consumer Behaviour’ and will explore the key market trends, opportunities and threats currently facing the industry. Key findings from Allegra’s recently launched Project Café UK report will be presented and also provide the base of the key themes running throughout the day. These themes include: the changing market landscape and emergence of new competition; the growth of speciality coffee across a broader set channels and the growth of the at-home market.
Speakers on the day include: Oliver Cock from leading foodservice company, Compass Group; Peter Dore-Smith, the owner of London specialty coffee house Kaffeine; Ibrahim Ibrahim from leading international branding and retail design business, Portland; and Jason Katz from private equity firm Kings Park Capital.
