The United Kingdom’s Square Mile Coffee Roasters will host a lecture on green coffee and its buying aspects at the Victoria Arduino Berlin showroom in Germany on 5 June. Tom Flawith, Head of Roasting and Quality Control at Square Mile, will answer questions including, ‘how does the green coffee market impact the exporting countries and their producers?’ And, ‘how do you balance supply and demand while maintaining a correct and stable partnership considering cupping excellence?’ Berlin is a city full of inspiration: The WOC 2019 is an occasion for coffee lovers to taste and enjoy all types of coffee from the best roasters and coffee experts worldwide. Their passion and experience educate and motivate professionals to reach their desired goals and increase their knowledge.
