International coffee machine distributor PT Toffin Indonesia has opened its new headquarters with a large showroom dedicated to Victoria Arduino undefined
coffee machines.
Thanks to its relationship with Italian manufacturer Simonelli Group, PT Toffin have invested in promoting this historical brand of coffee machines with a one-floor exhibition.
The new four-story building in Jalan Pluit Permai. 4, North Jakarta employs 50 people and has a showroom of 1800 square meters. The exhibition features the entire Victoria Arduino collection, from the iconic machines with unmistakable style to those with the most innovative technology. Among these is the VA388 Black Eagle, the brand’s flagship machine and the official coffee machine of the World Barista Championships for the next two years.
The large showroom also houses a training centre which features coffee history, selection, roasting and extraction. In the training centre, courses cover barista skills, selection and maintenance of coffee machines, as well as professional certifications. This showroom aims to become a business development centre to help current and future entrepreneurs building or creating a coffee shop.
At the inaugural ceremony, guests will include Sandiaga Uno, the Deputy Governor of Jakarta; Vittorio Sandalli, the Italian Ambassador to Indonesia; Alessandro Liberatori, the Director of ICE Jakarta; and Michela Magrì, the Director of the Italian Institute of Culture. Fabio Ceccarani, the CEO of Simonelli Group and Tony Arifin, the CEO of Toffin Indonesia will also be present.
At the launch event, Dale Harris, the 2017 World Barista Champion, will also present Victoria Arduino's Mythos 2 advanced coffee grinder.
