Victoria Arduino will be hosting a live experiment on its stand at the London Coffee Festival, exploring how different weights of coffee can produce different sensory profiles. The program, entitled “Why Every Gram Matters” will see six coffee roasters from around the world present their blends at three different weights, to see how just a few grams difference between each cup prepared translates in the cup. Participating roasters include Double B from Moscow, Russia; Kofibrand from Warsaw, Poland; Mind the Cup from Athens, Greece; Origo from Bucharest, Romania; Roststatte from Berlin, Germany; and UCC Coffee Switzerland from Zollikofen, Switzerland. The live experiment will take place at its stand #G26 at the London Coffee Festival, taking place from 7 – 10 April at the Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane. Its sister brand Nuova Simonelli is simultaneously holding an Intragram contest at the event, with the chance to win an Oscar II. Visitors to the Nuova Simonelli booth #G26 can use the Oscar II to prepare a cappuccino, photograph it, and post on Instagram with the hashtag #WinOscar2 #LondonCoffeeFestival and tag @nuovasimonelli. The post with the most likes will win the Oscar II to take home.
