Victoria Arduino will commemorate the opening of its new Barcelona showroom on 29 November with a conference on coffee and the abilities of the Mythos 2 gravimetric grinder for Spanish roasters and baristas. 2017 World Barista Champion finalist André Eiermann of Switzerland will participate in the conference, taking place at 4pm at Avenida Diagonal 88, in Barcelona’s Poble Nou district. Victoria Arduino says the Mythos 2, thanks to its gravimetric technology, allows baristas to measure the dose of ground coffee with extreme accuracy. Moreover, the Clima Pro 2.0 technology keeps the temperature in the grinding chamber constant, reducing it if necessary. The variable speed motor, from 600 to 1200 revolutions per minute, enables the barista to choose the best settings for each coffee. The showroom – one of only two in Europe – will display both Nuova Simonelli and Victoria Arduino products. The Simonelli Group says it chose to open the showroom in Barcelona due to the city’s shared characteristics of innovation, long industrial history, revolutionary design, new technologies, effective management of services for people, and focus on sustainability. The company adds the showroom will allow it to be even closer to the Spanish market, supporting it with all the services provided to its international customers.
