Vinacafé expands roasting capacity with Neuhaus Neotec

When Vietnam’s largest publicly listed entity, Masan Group, bought a majority stake in one of the nation’s largest coffee roasters, Vinacafé, it was clear that growth was on the cards. Setting themselves the target of doubling their instant coffee production, Vinacafé ordered two RG100 roasters from Neuhaus Neotek. The two new roasters have recently been installed in the company’s newly-built facility in the southeastern province of Long Thanh. With each roaster capable of roasting one tonne per hour, the Long Thanh facility now has a processing capacity of two tonnes per hour, in addition to the company’s other facility in Bien Hoa, near Ho Chi Minh City, which uses a Neuhaus Neotek RG50.
