Wega will unveil the latest addition to its range, the Airy at Sigep in Rimini, Italy from 19 to 23 January. With interchangeable side panels that allow a multitude of colour combinations, the Airy can be adapted to suit a number of styles and settings, enabling café owners to match it to the interior design of their premises. The espresso machine manufacturer will also exhibit its range of coffee machines at the tradeshow, now in its 40th edition. On display will be the Polaris, featuring high yields and side panels featuring an LED light play, the customisable MyConcept, the lever-operated Vela Vintage, and the tradtional Mininova Classic. The superautomatic Fullconcept will be on hand together with the Urban (pictured), a machine created in collaboration with baristas and other coffee professionals to best meet every need, whether in terms of functionality or ergonomics.
