WMF Professional Coffee Machines will premier its new 950 S automatic coffee machine at the annual trade show Internorga, taking place in Hamburg from 30 April to 4 May.
For the first time, WMF is offering professional technology for small requirements of up to 50 cups per day.
This means that new target groups such as small companies, stores, co-working spaces or start-ups can also profit from the premium manufacturer’s expertise.
“With this machine, we are not only turning our attention to completely new consumer groups and markets, but we are also offering the option of ordering preconfigured machines online for the first time, plus new service concepts,” says Marten van der Mei, Vice President of Professional Coffee Machines DACH, WMF GmbH.
Geared to the requirements of these customer groups, the machine offers tailor-made equipment with its compact design, a modern and convenient user display, large bean hopper and height adjustable cup spout.
WMF will also showcase digital offers such as the new remote maintenance tool ‘WMF Remote Service Desktop’ and extended contactless payment methods via voucher or mobile payment.
The service is an expansion of the digital platform WMF CoffeeConnect and for the first time, allows digital and safe access to WMF coffee machines around the globe.
WMF says service experts can provide quick and effective assistance, meaning fewer downtime and that subsequent on-site visits from technicians are significantly shorter or even superfluous.
