Franke Coffee Systems has aimed to address the needs of today’s fast-paced coffee environments with the new A Line, designed to deliver effortless interaction for maximum performance through ease of use.

A central enabler of this designed ease of use is the New A Line’s usage-based cleaning system, IndividualClean. Instead of daily cleaning routines, the machine monitors actual consumption and prompts cleaning only when required. System Cleaning can be programmed individually, or triggered automatically after every 400 beverages or up to three days, while coffee and milk cleaning can now be performed separately.

IndividualMilk enables operators to switch between different milk and milk alternative types without manual cleaning or container changes – designed to ensure fast and contamination-free beverage preparation. The New FoamMaster is also designed to deliver consistent, barista-level milk texture and temperature at the press of a button with programmable foam profiles.

For coffee extraction, iQFlow is designed to manage extraction dynamics, flow rate, and timing according to the programmed beverage settings. Once configured, Franke Coffee Systems says no ongoing adjustments or routines are required, and every drink remains consistently optimised to a top-tier barista level.

Operations are further streamlined through the IoT bridge between FrankeOS and FrankeCloud – FrankeConnect. Remote updates, diagnostics, menu uploads, and UI customisation can be handled off-site.

Ease of use can also mean immediate clarity. The Dynamic Spout Light provides visual feedback across the room through blinking, pulsing, or shifting signals for standby, ready, moving, cleaning, warning, and notification – all mirrored on-screen. Likewise, the improved Graphical User Interface (GUI) offers a modern design, clear visual language, and step-by-step instructions for refilling, cleaning, and troubleshooting, reducing training time and workflow disruptions.

Finally, with a modular product offering, operators can configure cooling units, dual milk systems, payment integrations, and other options from the start.
