The creators of Latte Art Factory have unveiled the new BaristaOne Touch Series at Host Milano, and have integrated their award-winning milk foam innovation into the fully automatic machines.

The launch lineup includes three models. The BaristaOne Touch is the most compact machine of the group and has been made for those looking for barista-quality coffee in smaller spaces without sacrificing variety.

The BaristaOne Touch+ builds on the more compact Touch model and is the “menu multiplier”. With a dedicated ad screen and built-in powder and syrup stations, it has the potential to turn dwell time into new sales opportunities.

Finally, the BaristaOne Touch Twin is the “peak performer” of the series. With four grinders and the ability to provide four milk types, it can function at up to double the capacity of the other models.

CEO of Latte Art Factory, Sven Keysers, says the BaristaOne Touch Series has been designed to prioritise the customer experience.

“Every operator knows that customer experience is the true bottom line,” says Keysers.

“With BaristaOne Touch, we’ve created a machine that safeguards that experience, ensuring every drink is consistent, service is efficient, and operators are positioned for revenue growth.”

In addition to the integrated Latte Art Factory technology, the series of fully automatic machines have a range of functions targeted at both improving ease of use and customer operability.

Up to three powders, two syrups, four milks and four bean types can be provided as options to the customer at any one time, which allows for a huge range of beverage variety, while the machines’ fully modular, premium, low-plastic build enables rapid service and minimal downtime.

Precision Heating also locks in flavour and mouthfeel across recipes with per-drink temperature control, while reducing idle energy use.

HACCP-certified self-cleaning and automatic water flush between drinks is designed to safeguard hygiene, especially when serving multiple milks.

Six-time UK latte art champion and World Latte Art Championship finalist Dhan Tamang helped unveil the machine at Host by demonstrating the quality of Latte Art Factory’s premium milk foam system in what was one of the highlights of the opening day of the tradeshow.
