American coffee chain Blue Bottle Coffee has launched a new membership program aimed at creating a rewards system for its customers.
The Blue Bottle Coffee Membership allows members to earn café points with every purchase, which can be used to redeem a free drink for themselves or one to be gifted to a friend for fewer points.
The program is now available through the brand’s mobile app, where other exclusive perks and promotions occur throughout the year.
Every $1 spent at a Blue Bottle Coffee café earns one point through the app: 150 points earns a free drink, while 75 points earns a free drink gift to a friend. Members can earn and redeem rewards through mobile ordering and in‑café purchases by scanning their member barcode at the register.
