Brambati S.p.A. is celebrating innovation and progress with its fully automated, next-generation BR Roaster.

First unveiled at Host Milano 2025, the BR 4800 model has undergone a full transformation – not only in style but also in its size and technological and mechanical aspects – to deliver higher productivity, lower energy consumption, reduced emissions, and improved reliability. It is now easier to operate and requires less maintenance.

This redesign will be applied to Brambati’s other industrial models, ensuring the same benefits across the entire range. Brambati’s new logo has also been integrated into the design.

The BR Roaster is designed to give users complete control over the roasting process, allowing them to customise roast profiles to highlight specific characteristics and flavours. Thanks to artificial intelligence and self-learning capabilities, parameters can be fine-tuned in real time during or after roasting.
